Tuesday, April 21 Daily Update

Keep infections down by wearing a mask when in crowded public spaces, practice social distancing, stay home.  NYS is seeing small declines in numbers of cases and numbers of deaths.  Stay with the course to help get back to “normal.”

Don’t have a mask? Thanks to the generosity of our neighbors, handmade, cloth masks are available free of charge at the Rogue Carrot.

Due to the COVID 19 pandemic and restrictions on public gatherings the Village of Alfred understands the challenges presented in attending the online public hearing. In an effort to provide every opportunity for our community to ask questions and discuss concerns; the Village of Alfred is extending an invitation to the public to contact the Village via phone or email with any questions or concerns regarding the Village Budget. The comment period for the Village Budget will be extended through April 24th, 2020. All questions will be addressed in the public hearing scheduled for Tuesday, April 28 at 7:30pm via Zoom.
